Our 12-month New Graduate Program is tailored to fast-track your career while ensuring you're never thrown into the deep end. You'll work alongside a senior therapist who acts as your mentor, sharing a caseload and guiding you through every step of the process.

Gradual Exposure to Complexity: Your clinical exposure is graded, so you won’t be asked to complete Functional Capacity Assessments or manage complex cases independently until you’re ready.

Regular Supervision: Formal weekly supervision sessions and shared caseload management allow you to learn from the best and brightest in real time.

Exploration and Passion: Over the year, you’ll be exposed to a variety of practice areas, helping you discover where your true interests lie and paving the way for specialization.

Supervision Structure: Initial client assessments are handled by senior clinicians, who design management plans and delegate tasks according to your skill level and development goals.
