Nicole Caldow

Senior Occupational Therapist

Nicole is an enthusiastic Occupational Therapist with 10 years’ experience working with individuals with disabilities and those who have sustained complex injuries. She strives to understand how an individual’s conditions and disability impact their function and engagement in meaningful activities in order to establish, improve or compensate as needed. Nicole works collaboratively with her clients’ and their families to identify appropriate solutions to promote comfort and enjoyment of daily living.

Nicole has extensive experience across a variety of practice areas including leadership roles supporting other Occupational Therapists, working with veterans and with participants of the National Disability Insurance Scheme.

Nicole has a warm presence and strives to make all clients and their families feel comfortable throughout the assessment and therapy process. She believes that her client’s personal goals are a keystone of practice, and she endeavours to integrate client-centred approaches into all sessions and assessments.
